We are currently seeking candidates who are team players, as well as passionate about fishing and customer service, for our Fishing department at our Quebec store. You are known for your excellent listening and communication skills, as well as for your thoroughness.
The chosen candidate will advise customers on products in his/her department and participate in achieving department objectives. The Sales Consultant reports to the Department Manager, acts as a go-to person for customers, and along with colleagues, assists in daily operations, most notably by:
- Listening to, advising and providing customers with outstanding customer service
- Informing customers on products and promotions
- Ensuring that his/her technical knowledge is up-to-date by participating in training sessions
- Participating in labelling, as well as stocking and maintenance of the department
- Participating in inventory management and inventory counts for his/her department
- Acting as an ambassador during promotional events
- Applying company standards and procedures
