Eat, drink and complete your night time routine before going to sleep so that you won\u2019t have to get up in the middle of the night.<\/span>\r\n<h3><span>Generate more heat<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<span>If you still think that you are going to be too cold, fill a hot water bottle with warm water and put it underneath your clothes before going to sleep.
