We use the 10L bag. We canoe camp in Algonquin all time. Just before we hit camp we fill up the bag. Get to camp and hang the bag, now you have 10 L of water at your disposal. I believe it flows at 2 litres per minute which is fast enough. We find it enough water to have at camp for our cooking and drinking including the next morning. Obviously you want to take care when hanging it but the material is tough and I find it is of good quality with regards to the tube, pincher, filter and connector. I always test it with tap water before a trip to make sure the filter is still free running. I clean out the bag and flush the filter before I hang it until next trip. Tablets work but then you have to wait 20-30 minutes, pumps are good but when you’re already thirsty this is just so easy. Plus it takes up less room in your pack than a pump. Tabs are lighter and easier to pack but for me it’s about ease of use and it hasn’t failed me. For extended trips I do pack a few tabs just in case of puncture as well as boiling water.
