Payment methods
The following methods of payment are accepted for online orders: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please note that orders that contain one or several firearms cannot be paid with PayPal.

Shipping within Canada
SAIL ships within Canada only. We do not offer shipping to the United States nor do we offer international shipping. We do not accept online orders for certain areas in Canada: Northern British Columbia, The Yukon Territory, The North-West Territories, The Madeleine Islands, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut and Nunavik.

Shipping delay
All of our products are shipped from Québec. For more information about shipping delays, refer to the Canada Post website. Some oversize products may be shipped with Purolator.

Order Processing
With the aim of offering the best possible service to its customers, SAIL process orders promptly. If your order will be delayed, we will make sure to inform you as quickly as possible.

Oversize products*

Here is the list of oversize items to which exceptional fees apply: fishing rods, fishing rod cases and tubes, fishing nets, downriggers, motors, skis, firearms, crossbows, decoys, outdoor shelters, cot beds, tables, tents, hammock stands, burners, camping chairs, smokers, coolers and car accessories. Please note that an additional fee of $15 will be added to your invoice if one of these items is included in your order.

Shipping exceptions
Certain shipping exceptions apply. For security reasons, and in order to offer quality service to our customers, we do not ship the following products: batteries, ammunition, sprays, watercraft, safes, attractants, salt, fuel, cargo boxes, watercraft trolleys, anchors, liquids, sleds, ice fishing shelters, hunting stands and blinds, large coolers and large decoys.

Return Policy
Except for products specially marked as a "final sale" and except for the products referred to below, any product purchased at a SAIL store or on this website may be returned for a refund or an exchange (subject to the following terms) within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the purchase.

Products purchased at a SAIL store or on the SAIL website may be returned in person to any of our SAIL stores. Products purchased online via our website may also be returned by reshipment, in which case they must be returned to the Beloeil SAIL store. Products being returned must not have been used or worn and must be returned in good condition in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase. In the case of a return by reshipment, the return package must indicate your online account number (on your receipt). Please note that a product purchased online may be exchanged at a SAIL store, subject to the product being available at that particular store.

Sales of merchandise with a 40% discount and more are final. Gift cards, firearms, ammunition, crossbows, knives, telescopes, electronic devices, software, underwear and swimwear, socks, pepper spray, attractants and food cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Items must be cleaned when brought in for repair or service covered by a manufacturer warranty.

You will not be charged additional costs for making an in-store return. However, you must pay the return shipping costs for a product returned to our SAIL Beloeil store. You will be refunded those costs if the product ordered online was damaged during delivery. To be refunded your return shipping costs in case of transport damages, you must contact SAIL web customer service.
Before return shipping a product purchased online, you must contact SAIL by e-mail or by telephone at 1-866-785-7245 to obtain return authorization.

Impossibility of delivery
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received because the wrong address was provided for the recipient. Please make sure that the recipient's address is correct, and contact Customer Service if you believe that the recipient did not receive the order.
