Home delivery for online orders

1. Shop and place your order
Add items eligible for home delivery to your cart and select this delivery option for all items in your order.

2. Track your order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery timeframe. When your package ships, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. If you receive multiple shipping notifications, it means your order has been split into more than one shipment.

3. Receive your delivery
Your order can be delivered to the address of your choice anywhere in Canada. All that's left to do is get outside and enjoy the outdoors.

Order tracking

Order confirmation email

You will receive an online order confirmation by email following the transaction. This email will also confirm whether your order will be delivered in one or multiple shipments.

Processing and shipping times

Orders are processed within 72 hours. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Follow-up email

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that there may be a 24-hour delay for the tracking number to be activated by the parcel shipping provider. If you receive more than one order tracking email, it means that your order has been split into several shipments.

Product review email

You will receive an email inviting you to review your product 10 days after your order has been delivered.

Most common errors

Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order.
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, we can change it if the order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, it is not possible to change the address for a package that has already been shipped.

To expedite processing, send an email to [email protected] providing:

The address used when placing the order;
The new delivery address.
Additionally, we are unable to add any special delivery instructions (e.g., knock, leave under the stairs, etc.).

If you entered your billing address incorrectly, there is no need to contact us, as we are unable to change it and this will not affect the processing of your order.

However, your payment may be declined by your financial institution if the billing address does not match the one on file with your card.

Tracking

Check the tracking number you received by email. If your order is being delivered in multiple shipments, each shipment has its own tracking number. It is normal for a tracking number not to be activated immediately.

Package status

In transit:
Wait until the estimated delivery timeframe has passed (up to 10 business days).
Marked as delivered:
Check with other members of your household;
Check with your neighbours.

If your package is still missing, send an email to [email protected] providing:

your order number;
the missing items (if your order was shipped in multiple shipments);
your complete address.

An investigation will be opened with the carrier:

Most packages are located and delivered;
The results of the investigation will determine the next steps;
During the investigation, the carrier may contact you by email. It is important to respond promptly to any communication to avoid delays in processing your case.

If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking email:

• Check your junk or spam folder.
• Make sure the email address used when placing your order is valid.
• Verify that there are no errors in the email address provided.

You can also contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Please include the following information:

• Your order number
• Your full name (first and last name)
• The date the order was placed
• The contents of your order

Two delivery methods for your online orders

Returns and exchanges	Returns and exchanges can only be made in store. Items can be tried on and returned or exchanged at the time of pickup.	Returns and exchanges can be made in store or by mail. Items cannot be tried on before purchase.
