The Aconcagua is named after the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere. And things get a little cold up there. That’s why The North Face engineered this hooded baffled transition jacket to block out the wind and keep in the warmth. The North Face updated it for a new season with synthetic insulation and a modern silhouette, making it an outer layer that’s as equally comfortable cruising the city as camping and hiking mountain trails.

  • Windproof: this fabric blocks wind from penetrating the garment, greatly reducing the effects of wind chill
  • Synthetic fill: synthetic insulation maintains warmth even in damp conditions
  • A Durable Water Repellent finish provides protection from light moisture and fabric saturation
  • Internal hem cinch cord with a two-point adjustment
