Looking for the perfect present for an outdoor enthusiast? Give a SAIL gift card! Material recycled fibre card or e-gift card: the choice is yours! Both can be purchased online or at a SAIL store. You can also find our material gift cards at most authorized retailers, including Loblaws, IGA, IGA Extra, Pharmaprix, Uniprix, and Bureau en Gros. Making someone happy has never been easier!

You may purchase a SAIL gift card worth up to $200. The minimum gift card amount is $20 in store and $25 online. Find the SAIL store nearest you.

Shipping costs for material gift cards are $2.95 per shipment only when the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is not met. Please note that we do not deliver to a PO box or abroad. For more information about delivery.

Mateiral gift cards may be purchased at any SAIL store or at most authorized retailers such as Loblaws, Sobey’s, Urban Fresh, FreshCo, IGA, Foodland and Staples.

The purchase of SAIL gift cards is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards can be used at any time to pay for in-store or online purchases and may not be exchanged for cash (not redeemable). Gift cards have no market value except where required by law. They do not have an expiration date. Damaged or modified gift cards will not be accepted. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use, we will not replace the gift card. In the case where an item that was purchased using a gift card is returned, a new gift card will be issued at the refunded amount. You can find your current gift card balance by checking your receipt or by visiting sail.ca. The use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The e-gift card can be used in SAIL stores and online. It costs the same as its face value: there are no additional charges. Once purchased, the e-gift card is emailed to the recipient on the date you select (very rare processing delays may occur). If you would like the e-gift card to be sent on the day of purchase, please note that most cards can be sent within an hour of the transaction. If you choose a later date, it will be sent on the morning of the scheduled day.
You can also buy an e-gift card for yourself! Simply select "For me" under the "Who is the gift card for" tab. Your digital gift card will be sent to the email address indicated on the payment page. When you receive it, follow the instructions to collect and use your e-gift card.

Bonheur Card

Give the freedom of choice

A Bonheur Card is a new type of prepaid card that is accepted at participating retail stores (listed on the front of the card). Accepted online or in store.

SAIL has partnered with Bonheur Cards, and offers Bonheur Cards for Him, for Her, and for Teens. These prepaid cards may be used at all SAIL locations in Canada, as well as at www.sail.ca

Additional Information

Using a Bonheur Card is simple and works in the same way as a prepaid credit card. The amount of each purchase will be deducted automatically from the value of the prepaid card. Customers may use the same card several times, in any of the participating retail stores, until the value of the card has been exhausted. It is not possible to reload a Bonheur card.

Bonheur Cards are available at the following locations: Sobey’s, Urban Fresh, FreshCo, IGA, Foodland and Staples.

When making your payment online, select CREDIT CARD as the method of payment. Enter the 16 digits on the back of the Bonheur Card into the credit card number field. Do not enter the 16-digit number into the gift card field. If you are asked to provide a billing address, enter your shipping address.

If the card is lost, stolen, or used without permission, a new card will not be provided. In the case of a return of an item paid for with a Bonheur Card, the merchandise will be refunded directly onto the prepaid card. Each Bonheur Card has an expiration date indicated on the back of the card. This date corresponds to the date on which the physical card expires. However, the amount on the card never expires. If there is still money left on the card after the date indicated on the back the card, call 1 833 250-4478 to get a replacement card mailed to you at no additional cost. Using a Bonheur Card implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
