Sharing a name with the insulated technology VerticalX™ SuperStrand, the SuperStrand LT transition jacket is just as soft, light and lofty as 700-800 fill power down. Its ripstop nylon fabric resists abrasions and shields against wind and light precipitation, while a unique discontinuous quilting pattern reduces stitching and creates an uninterrupted flow of warmth. All this performance is packed into an ultralight average of 10 oz. that compresses down to the size of your palm.
