The SLX series of rods provides anglers with a revamped and eye-catching aesthetic coupled with Shimano rod technology to deliver tournament-level performance and versatility to cover any technique. The redesigned SLX lineup features Shimano’s proprietary DiaFlash technology, carbon tape diagonally wrapped in opposite directions on the outermost layer of the butt section to form an array of "X" shapes, to prevent twisting and enhance an angler’s pulling power.
